Hello brothers and friends of Epsilon Mu! Spring Break has come and passed, and everyone is ready to hit the ground running and finish the semester strongly. Spring '10 has proved to be an exciting time thus far, but there are still more fun events to come!

Spring Rush was a great success, and the chapter welcomed four associate members into the Beta Theta Class! Matt Maser, Matt Thomas, Joe Alwan, and Roland Batrouni have all been working hard towards their initiation, learning how the chapter functions and getting to know the active members. They will soon be working on a plege class project and planning a social event.

Pledge Dad Night took place on the Wednesday before Spring Break, and the new guys were estatic to find out who their Pledge Dads were...

Associate Member Matt Thomas with Pledge Dad Marcus Cole

Associate Member Roland Batrouni with Pledge Dad Colin Willoughby

Associate Member Joe Alwan with Pledge Dad Seth Alwan

Associate Member Matt Maser with Pledge Dad Josh Strupeck

Earlier in the semester, during the weekend of February 26th, the chapter celebrated its 28th year of brotherhood, with some Founder's Day Weekend activities. Around 2o of the chapter's alumni came back to Peoria to socialize at the house, go to a dinner at Rhythm Kitchen, and attend a luncheon at Peoria Theatre. Everyone had a great time reconnecting and meeting new people! Thanks to all who attended the festivities!

As the chapter continues its support for Push America, a group of guys will be going up to the Chicago suburbs this coming weekend, March 27th, to hold the biannual Toll Roads fundraiser. Members of the chapter will be collecting money for Push America from around 10AM to 2PM, at the intersection of Higgins and Roselle in the Hoffman Estates Community. Any alumni and friends who will be in the Chicagoland area during that time are invited to come say "Hi," and help support Pi Kappa Phi's national philanthropic organization!
